"The opportunity to be shown by a professional healer her technique has been next to none.
Knowledge coupled with intuition is what Sally's method and power are all about. Being in intense tutelage with her has empowered me in my work with people so that scattered bits of knowledge and my strong healing intuition have found a harmonious home.
Thank you for guiding me to the light."

Reiki Classes

What is Reiki?

Reiki is a combination of two Japanese words, Rei and Ki, which translate to spiritual energy, the source of all beings and things. The use of Reiki energy is an ancient and holistic healing method involving gentle touch. The System of Reiki, founded by Mikao Usui in Japan in the early 1900s, is an amazing system developed and taught for spirituality, self-healing and personal growth.

Reiki is the energy of divine, unconditional love, and is easy to work with. Ki is the Japanese form of chi or prana, referred to as life force or vital energy that exists in everything. When we work with Reiki we work with this energy to enhance our body's vitality and our connection to everything.

A session of Reiki quickly brings one to a place of peace and deep relaxation, a place that assists bringing the body into balance, boosting the immune system and stimulating one's own healing process.

Working with the essence of Reiki teaches us compassion, heightens our intuition, and supports our personal growth toward conscious awareness. It helps realignment with our true path, our source and our spirit.

Awaken the Inner Healer

with Kamini Desai

Friday evening November 19 until noon November 21
Advanced registration $175 prior to October 15
$200 after October 15
Includes tea and snacks

What if disease isn't just disease?

What if depression isn't just depression and stress isn't just stress? What if so many of the problems we experience physically, mentally and emotionally are just the visible manifestation of a variety of deeper causes? The truth of the matter is there is no mind without the body and no body without the mind. What we refer to as body, mind, thoughts, emotions or energy are not separate, but are all part of one seamless system. To treat it as anything less limits our healing potential.

This workshop has three major components:

  1. Shifting our perception of the body as a dense object to an energetic system.
  2. Interrupting the pattern by which thought forms can affect the health of the body.
  3. Recognizing health challenges as an advanced yoga practice; calling us to take action and deeply surrender to whatever comes.

Teachings and Experiences include:

  • Understand how stress creates imbalance in the body and serves as the root of many maladies, large and small.
  • Learn how science is discovering the importance of addressing the role of attitude in healing.
  • Discover the ancient practice of yoga nidra and feel for yourself the re-balancing effects on the body, and the calming effect on the mind, as it addresses root imbalances in the body and hidden thought patterns that can influence the state of the body.
  • Explore how the body reflects hidden thought patterns and learn how to energetically release and re-align the body using yoga-based techniques.
