He has been a student of the Self Realization Fellowship (Paramahamsa Yogananda) for over 10 years, in which time he built a self sustaining two acres organic market garden out of the bush in Wilson Creek (Sechelt, BC); where he and two of his four children reside full time. Aquarian Sadhana (Kundalini Yoga)

Aquarian Sadhana is practice in the early morning hours when the angle of the sun favours Meditation and there is much prana, that life force of the atom sought after by the yogis.

It is a challenge that build your will power, confidence and ability to concentrate, whose benefits are multiplied by the group consciousness. So get up and multiply yourself by Infinity!

Aquarian Sadhana is divided in three parts. First we recite Japji: a traditional morning prayer from the scripture Siri Guru Granth Sahib. Yogi Bhajan says about Japji: "If anyone can understand Japji, he can understand the entire wisdom of God." (25 min)

Then we do a kundalini yoga set and relaxation (35-50 min).

And after that we chant the 7 mantras for the Aquarian age, a sequence 'prescribed' by Yogi Bhajan (60 min).

Aquarian Sadhana is free and everyone is welcome. Nonetheless some previous yoga experience is recommended and a small donation to the studio to cover the utilities is appreciated.

Sat Nam.
